Ryan is a passionate product leader from startups to enterprises. Throughout his career he has collaborated on a wide range of entertainment companies to find new ways to connect with their audiences with new technologies. Lately he’s been diving deep into the new frontiers of AI/ML in these endeavors to unlock its limitless potential.
As a co-founder of rolepl.ai, Ryan is eager to combine nearly two decades of product management and design experience with his lifelong love of tabletop gaming.
Anthony Charles
Co-founder, CTO, Artificer
Anthony is an experienced technical leader who has been in the industry for over 30 years. He specializes in interaction design and development, with a strong focus on user experience and usability. Anthony’s extensive background includes roles in software engineering & management, product management, and user experience.
Anthony has been an avid TTRPG player and Game Master since the 1980s when he cut his teeth on AD&D. He is passionate about crafting stories through collaborative game play and continues to participate in campaigns on both sides of the GM‘s screen.
Rob Bauman
Co-founder, COO, Paladin
Rob is an accomplished Product Manager and Operational leader with over 22 years of experience in software product leadership. Rob’s most recent position was leading a global team driving the live service for EA.com and all of its franchises on the web.This network of sites supports millions of monthly visitors in over 22 languages. Rob’s teams oversaw design, product development, and publishing. His team also oversaw launch readiness and incident management for EA’s entire PC e-commerce platform.
He has played D&D and other tabletop games for over 30 years and is an active DM running three campaigns.
Thomas Levi

A visionary in the realm of Data Science, wielding over a decade of expertise to harness the power of machine learning (ML) for crafting innovative user experiences. His journey from a theoretical physicist with a formidable bibliography of 18 published papers and over 1000 citations to a leader in the data science domain is marked by his unique ability to translate complex R&D concepts into practical solutions.
